The pleating machine receives the laminated wool felt conveyed by the cloth wool conveyor for longitudinal compression, so that the fibers in the wool felt are distributed in three dimensions,thereby improving the overall strength of the product. The lower conveying roller table of the pleating machine is fixed, and the upper conveying roller table is movable and adjustable,one of which is horizontal, and the other section is inclined and rotatable. According to different product specifications, the corresponding products can be obtained by adjusting the lifting height and the opening angle of the conveying roller table on the entrance section. The transmission of each roller table is driven by a frequency conversion motor, and the speed is changed according to the process requirements. Each motor can be monotonous and can be automatically adjusted according to the set compression ratio.
