Rock wool production line — raw material feeding system

Rock wool production line raw materials system are loaded into 6 independent bins by the loader, and a belt scale is set under each bin. After setting the configuration ratio of various raw materials according to the process requirements, start the belt scale in the control cabinet to measure the raw materials. It is transported to the long belt conveyor, the belt conveyor then transports the raw materials to the feeding trolley, and the feeding trolley is then lifted by the elevator to the hopper at the top of the cupola/electric furnace to complete the feeding.
